Based on the approach AB drawings and the hybrid drawing generated.

I start to treat shadows as planes that one side is dark and the other is light.

White represents quality of exterior 

Grey represents quality of partial interior 

Dark represents fully enclosed space

Exploration of the relationship between solids and planes

Based the idea of shadows overlapping creating darker tone, an interior overlapping another creates a fully enclosed space.
